Pet accidents, smoke, cooking, mustiness — cover-up sprays add a smell on top of a smell. We work the other direction: find where the odor lives, treat it there with enzyme applications and ULV fogging, extract the residue, and run HEPA scrubbing with activated-carbon filtration while the equipment is on.
What we treat
Pet urine & pet odor
The most common call we get. Urine odor lives where the accident happened — in the fibers, and sometimes the pad below. We treat the spot with enzymes that break down the odor-causing bacteria, then extract.
Smoke odor
Cigarette and fire smoke residue clings to carpet, fabric, and soft surfaces, then keeps re-releasing. We extract the residue from the surfaces that hold it and run HEPA scrubbing with carbon filtration while we work.
Cooking & musty odors
Heavy cooking residue, closed-up rooms, basement mustiness. ULV fogging reaches the air and surfaces the wand can't, and carbon filtration captures odor compounds while the equipment runs.
The honest part
Odor comes back when its source remains. If urine has saturated the padding under your carpet, if smoke has penetrated walls or ductwork, or if the source is still active, a cleaning-level treatment won't hold — and we'll tell you that in writing before you spend money, with the name of someone who does that deeper work well. We'd rather lose the line item than sell you a clean that won't hold.

How do you remove pet urine odor from carpet?
At the source: enzyme treatment breaks down the odor-causing bacteria in the spot, then heated high-pressure extraction pulls the residue out of the fibers. If urine has soaked into the padding below, we tell you before we start — surface cleaning alone won't fix a saturated pad, and we'd rather lose the line item than sell you a clean that won't hold.
Can you guarantee an odor never comes back?
No honest company can. Odor returns when its source remains — a saturated pad, a wall, an HVAC system, or a pet who still has access to the spot. What we do promise: we treat the source we find, we tell you in writing if the contamination goes beyond what cleaning reaches, and we point you to the right specialist when it does.
How long does odor treatment take?
Most odor treatments complete in about 2 hours, and can run alongside a carpet cleaning visit. Occupied-home treatments are family- and pet-friendly — no need to move out while we work.
Is odor removal part of the OSO Reset?
