If you ever cancel, we refund fairly
Cancel anytime, no fees. The visits you've already used are simply re-priced at the rate you'd have paid without a plan — one completed visit re-prices at the regular one-time rate, two or more at the Biannual rate — and the rest of your upfront payment comes back to you. For a typical 1,000 sq ft home on the Quarterly plan ($864 upfront), canceling after two visits re-prices them at $243 each and refunds $378.
