Fabric check first
We identify the fabric and test an out-of-sight spot before anything touches your furniture — some materials need low-moisture methods, and we match the method to the piece.

Heated extraction
Upholstery tooling on our commercial machines pulls out body oils, soil, dander, and odors — with pressure and moisture dialed way down from carpet settings.

Dry by tonight
Most pieces are dry to the touch within a few hours. We'll tell you exact timing for your fabric before we start.
Best value: add it to a carpet clean
We're already in your home with the machine hot — adding a sofa or sectional to a carpet cleaning visit is the most efficient way to do both. Every piece is quoted individually, with your carpet quote or on its own ($109 minimum visit applies).
